Paper 1 combines multiple-choice questions with data-based questions drawn from the core syllabus — there are no options topics under the current Group 4 syllabus. We drill the command terms and calculation technique examiners are actually marking, not just content recall.
No options topicsPaper 2 tests the same content in more depth, building from short-answer questions into longer extended-response questions — often including multi-step calculations. We work on structuring a full-mark response and showing the working examiners can actually award marks for.
Chemistry exams lean heavily on interpreting graphs, tables and experimental data, not just recalling content. We practise reading unfamiliar data sets and writing the kind of analysis and evaluation examiners reward.
SL and HL both submit an individual scientific investigation, assessed against five criteria: Personal Engagement, Exploration, Analysis, Evaluation, and Communication. We help students choose a question they can actually collect meaningful data for, then refine the write-up against those criteria.

We recommend starting a few weeks before the beginning of term to allow adequate time for preparation, though starting earlier is always beneficial.
There is no minimum session requirement. We do, however, offer package options for families who prefer to commit in advance.
Yes. Paper 1, Paper 2, and the Internal Assessment are covered at both levels, with HL going into the same core syllabus in greater depth, all timed to your school's assessment calendar.
Yes — multi-step calculations show up across the syllabus, from stoichiometry to equilibrium to energetics. We work through the underlying method until the calculation itself stops being the bottleneck, then focus on the concept behind it.
