Aaryan builds trust through open, consistent communication — checking in regularly to understand where a student is stuck, giving clear and constructive feedback, and creating a positive environment where questions are encouraged.

He achieved his IB result while managing a full-time cricketing career, and brings the communication, problem-solving and time-management skills from that professional experience into every session.

In his own words

“I achieved a great score in the IB while managing a full-time cricketing career, so I understand how to balance pressure and still do well.”

Approach

Supportive and communicative — regular check-ins, constructive feedback, and a positive environment for asking questions.

How we help

One tutor, matched to your current grade and school, covering every paper and the Internal Assessment against the same criteria examiners use. Tap any item for more detail.

Paper 1 covers Theme A: the fundamentals of how computing systems actually work, from hardware and networks to data and security. We build genuine understanding of the underlying systems, not just definitions to memorise.

Theme A

Paper 2 is built around Theme B: solving real problems with computational and algorithmic thinking, working in whichever language your school teaches — usually Java or Python. We practise turning a problem into working logic, then into code that runs.

Computer Science rewards code that works and is well-documented, not just correct syntax. We practise structuring, testing and explaining a solution the way examiners and the Internal Assessment criteria actually mark it.

SL and HL both build an individual computational solution to a real-world problem, showing the full computational-thinking process from analysis through to evaluation. We help students choose a problem with enough scope to build a genuine solution, then document it against the criteria examiners use.

Common questions

Before you book

Sessions run one-on-one over video, built around your child's actual school assessments rather than a generic syllabus.

We match on subject mastery and teaching style, informed by the free 15-minute call, not just who happens to be free.

Simply reach out to our admin team, and we'll work with you to arrange a replacement tutor better suited to your needs.

We recommend starting a few weeks before the beginning of term to allow adequate time for preparation, though starting earlier is always beneficial.

There is no minimum session requirement. We do, however, offer package options for families who prefer to commit in advance.

Yes. Paper 1, Paper 2, and the Internal Assessment are covered at both levels, with HL sitting longer papers across the same core syllabus, all timed to your school's assessment calendar.

Yes — we work in whichever language your school teaches, usually Java or Python, and focus on writing code that actually runs and solves the problem, not just answering theory questions about it.

Yes. We help students choose a real-world problem with enough scope to build a genuine computational solution, then document the process against the same criteria examiners use — from initial analysis through to evaluation.
