How we help
One tutor, matched to your current grade and school, covering every paper and the Internal Assessment against the same criteria examiners use. Tap any item for more detail.
Paper 1 asks you to choose one of two questions across micro and macroeconomics: a definition and labelled diagram, then an extended evaluation. We drill the diagrams and evaluative language examiners are actually marking for, not just content recall.
30% SL · 20% HLPaper 2 builds an unseen case study around real data and news extracts — SL answers one question, HL answers two. We practise applying theory to data you’ve never seen before, rather than reciting definitions.
40% SL · 30% HLHL only. Paper 3 tests quantitative reasoning — elasticity, the multiplier, exchange rate calculations — alongside diagram construction and short analytical responses. We drill the calculations until they’re routine, not a source of exam-day panic.
30% HL onlySL and HL both submit a portfolio of three commentaries (up to 800 words each), each based on a real-world news article and covering a different syllabus unit — microeconomics, macroeconomics, and the global economy. We help students pick articles with real analytical scope, then build the diagram, analysis, and evaluation examiners are marking for.

Sessions run one-on-one over video, built around your child's actual school assessments rather than a generic syllabus.
We match on subject mastery and teaching style, informed by the free 15-minute call, not just who happens to be free.
Simply reach out to our admin team, and we'll work with you to arrange a replacement tutor better suited to your needs.
We recommend starting a few weeks before the beginning of term to allow adequate time for preparation, though starting earlier is always beneficial.
There is no minimum session requirement. We do, however, offer package options for families who prefer to commit in advance.
Yes. Paper 1 and Paper 2 are covered at both levels, plus Paper 3 for Higher Level students specifically, all timed to your school's assessment calendar.
Economics studies how whole markets and economies behave — supply and demand, government policy, trade. Business Management looks inside individual organisations — strategy, operations, finance. Some students take both; they're assessed quite differently.
Yes. We help students choose real-world articles with enough analytical scope, then build each commentary’s diagram, analysis, and evaluation against the same criteria examiners use.
